Training Officer Mining Operation

An excellent opportunity for Training Officer – Mining Operations has arisen to join our Training & Development Dept. Residentially based in Balikpapan Support Facility and reporting to the Supervisor Mining Operation Training.
The scope of your role, you will responsible to train & assess TCI mining operations personnel in all aspects of mining operations in order to achieve maximum productivity with a high focus on safety and to ensure that TCI training requirements for mining operations personnel are being conducted in accordance with the TMS; Assist in the design of operator / driver assessment material which is relevant to used competency standards; Conduct tests and examinations for mining operations personnel; Assist in the conduct of annual competency assessments of site based mining operations Workplace Trainers in both their training and assessment activities; Develop mining operations training packages, including instructor manuals, student workbooks and all necessary supporting learning resources.
To be successful in this role you will requires minimum Senior High School with 4 year experiences within the mining industry as heavy equipment operator; knowledge in training & development; skill and knowledge in Heavy earth moving equipment operator codes including truck and/or excavator/dozer/grader/wheel loader; Highway truck codes; Certificate IV in Workplace Training; POP (Pratama) certificate. Superior communication skills-written & verbal, present arguments, facts and instructions in a clear, fluent and convincing manner; able to Influence/motivate; Coaching/mentoring skill; ability to work effectively with others and related to colleagues and ability to cope with additional responsibilities; computer literacy and good in english communication skill -written and verbal.
Paramedic

An excellent opportunity for Paramedic has arisen to join our HSE Dept. Residentially based in Balikpapan Support Facility and reporting to the Supervisor HSE. You will assist the implementation of TCI Health and Safety programs.
The scope of your role, you will Liaise with the medical providers for administration only related to employees and their eligible family treatment in Balikpapan; monitor the implementation of Occupation Health and Safety Management Plan, record keeping and report as required; to do & monitor medical Claim Processing – National and Expat Employees; doing In Patient Process and Medicine Request – National & Expat Employees; to arrange & ensure Employee Medical Check Up (National and Expat) is running well; to do medical evacuation; conduct employee health promotion program
To be successful in this role you will requires minimum Nurse/Public Health Degree (S1) with minimum of 1-2 years experiences in medical administration; previous experience in health promotion and education. You should have good communication skills (written & verbal) in English is preferred; honest, team work, hard worker; good computer skill; ability to work effectively with others and related to colleagues and ability to cope with additional responsibilities.
